Our Mission Statement
It is our passion, care and child focused interventions that supports children and young people to develop and thrive whilst living in a warm, nurturing and stable environment.
PCC provides high levels of care and support to children and young people with moderate and complex disabilities or difficulties. We provide a safe and nurturing environment where preconceptions are challenged and young people are encouraged to be the best that they can be and to live life to its fullest.
We provide long term placements, placements for assessment purposes and the need emergency placements. Our integrated and therapeutic approach to care allows for referring local authorities and services, to have us at the top of their provider list.

To provide the type of care young people need in order to progress, we provide a minimum of 1:1 care. Our homes are designed to support our young people on their journey to a happier, more independent life.
Managing the care and health needs of the children forms a significant part of the service that we provide and are firmly committed to meeting the very unique and individual care needs of our children.

Our People
At PCC, it is our people (staff) who help define us. We are dedicated in finding those who share the same passion and values as us to join the PCC family in providing the highest quality of care, to always achieve the best possible outcomes to those in our care.
